Donna Miller
Donna Miller is the Director of Human Resources for Gundaker Commercial (GCG). With more than 20 years of human resources and accounting experience related to commercial and multifamily property management, Donna’s knowledge in human resources, accounting and administration makes her a vital asset to the corporation. In her tenure with GCG, she has provided support to the Sr. Vice President-Finance/CFO with the management of all financial aspects of the corporation. Donna is responsible for administering human resources polices, programs and practices; directly responsible for the overall administration of personnel management, compensation & benefits, and managing the preparation and reporting for payroll administration. Her ability to manage multiple project assignments and willingness to take on new challenges makes her indispensable.
As the Director of Human Resources, she is also responsible for administering all policies, benefits and activities. Her responsibilities have included preparing and maintaining the financial reporting and budgets for the Corporate, Development and Brokerage divisions. Her strong knowledge of Commercial and Residential ownership and management is key in understanding the commercial real estate industry, thus making her a tremendous asset to the organization. Donna’s success lies in her commitment to the commercial real estate industry for more than 15 years.
Donna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri. She also holds a Real Estate Salesperson License from the State of Missouri. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and AAIM Management Association. She is active in her church leadership working with the educational department, as well as other philanthropic organizations.
