The St. Louis industrial market recorded 146,577 SF of net absorption during 4Q 2018. Direct net absorption totaling 125,577 SF of absorption
with Sublet net absorption totaling 21,000 SF for 4Q 2018. The amount of vacant square footage decreased from 9,162,850 SF in 4Q 2017 to
7,892,815 SF at the close of 4Q 2018. The total vacancy rate decreased from 6% in 4Q 2017 to 5.1% at the close of 4Q 2018. Overall asking rents
increased from $4.09 PSF in 4Q 2017 to $4.26 PSF at the close of 4Q 2018.
